Remote Learning

Hello Everyone

We hope that you are well and staying safe! This is where you will find what you need to work at home.

The most important job whilst you are unable to attend school is to stay inside and stay happy and healthy, but your second task is to keep learning and give your brain a workout.

Remote Learning Policy

Here is our updated school Remote Learning Policy: Remote Learning Contingency Plan – Blackhall Primary School

Online Lessons

If school is closed to most pupils, or whole bubbles are required to self-isolate, then each pupil will have live sessions from their class teacher for Maths and English daily, as well as pre-recorded video lessons from various other sources.. Times and joining details will be sent through the class email. Afternoon learning will be topic based and the resources you need will be sent through the class email. (More details are in the plan above).

Using Zoom in Live Lessons

Here is our school advice for using Zoom at home. We hope you find it helpful. If you have any questions, please just email your child’s class teacher.

Class E-mail

Each pupil has been given a class email address which will be checked regularly by the class teacher.  You will receive tailored work and learning support each week, and you can ask any questions and share your child’s work. We hope you are safe and well and love to hear from you via the email. Keep in touch!
